Bill Downs Auction Service is now owned and operated by Larry and Debi Downs, (dba; downsauction.com) and is still “Committed to Excellence” just as the company started as a great Idaho Auction company in 1979. Since taking over in 2001, Downsauction.com has specialized in the Estate, Real Estate and Business Liquidation auctions. Most recently Downs Realty LLC was launched to better serve the growing market of real estate auctions. Downsauction.com will continue to be a family based business helping other families through changing times.
